This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Mach Labs AI by Synthesis AI, Inc. ("SAI", "we", "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personally identifiable information (as defined by applicable law, "Personal Information"). This Policy applies to our web-based services and APIs, which we make available for creating AI-generated clones, which include audio and video images (the "Services"). This Policy also applies to the Personal Information we collect about you when you visit our website (www.synthesis.ai) ("Website") or otherwise interact with us. By using the Services, or by providing Personal Information to us, you acknowledge and agree to the practices and policies outlined in this Policy.
Our Services are not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16.
1. How We Collect Personal Information
We collect Personal Information about you in the following ways:
- Information You Provide Us: When you provide Personal Information to us by purchasing or registering to use the Services, providing us with your social media account information, uploading voice, text, scripts, images and other inputs to generate videos, avatars or clones, sending us messages or emails, posting messages to the Services, or in other similar ways.
- Information Provided by Your Employer: If your employer purchases Services from us, they may share Personal Information about you so that we may create an account for you, such as your name and email address.
- Information Shared on Social Media Platforms: Generally, social media platforms do not share Personal Information with us. However, if you comment on our social media channels or interact with us directly through social media channels, we will receive Personal Information about you, including name, contact information, and other information you choose to share.
- Automatically Collected Information: We will receive Personal Information about your interaction with the Service or our Website through automatic tracking technologies (e.g., cookies) that may or may not personally identify you (this information may be combined with information that does personally identify you). This includes IP address, Internet connection, network activity, the device or equipment you use, geolocation (not precise geolocation), your activity or interaction with the Website, Service or our social media accounts, email marketing campaigns or marketing materials, including the links you click, pages you view, or messages you open.
2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of Personal Information:
- Identifiers: We collect identifying information such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, title, employer, employer mailing address, and other similar information directly from you when you provide it to us.
- Account Information: You are required to create an account to register to use our Service. Your account information will include Identifiers and additional information such as products and services used or purchased, transaction details, email messages, customer support inquiries, and other activities and usage information.
- Inputs Uploaded and Outputs Received: Our services allow users to upload voice, text, scripts, images and other inputs to generate videos, avatars or clones. We also allow you to use our stock clones to create videos, avatars or clones. We collect this information directly from you when you submit it and generate videos, avatars or clones using your inputs. This activity is associated with your account.
- Biometric Information: When you input images or voice information, the Services will generate faceprints and voiceprints to create videos, avatars or clones based on that input.
- Data we Receive From Other Sources: As part of our Service to our Clients, we may receive information from third party sources (whether service provider, third party or publicly available).
- Inferences/Derived Data: When you create videos, avatars, or clones, we derive certain information about the information you input within the Services, including biometric data, to improve and train our artificial intelligence models.
- Usage and Analytics Information: We collect device data and usage information like IP address, login information, webpages visited, referring and exiting webpages, time zone, setting and location, device location, hardware model and operating system, browser data, network data, and other technical data about how you use the Services or the Website.
- Demographic information: We may receive demographic information from third party sources and use that demographic information to enhance our artificial intelligence models (including your output). We may associate your Personal Information with certain demographic attributes.
3. How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
We use Personal Information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To Provide Our Services: We use the Personal Information we collect to operate, provide, secure, support, maintain, enhance, and modify our Services. This includes for research and development purposes, developing new services or features, or determining how our clients or other users use our Services.
- For Training AI Models: Our services use artificial intelligence to generate videos, avatars and clones from your input, which may include your Personal Information. We use the information you submit to the Services (including Personal Information) to train artificial intelligence models.
- To Personalize Our Services: We may use Personal Information to understand your needs and interests and to personalize the Services, Website, or our communications to you.
- Biometrics: We use the biometric information you provide us to provide our Service to you. We use biometric information that we collect to create a voiceprint and a faceprint to develop clones, avatars and create movies that you direct us to create, and to train our artificial intelligence models. We only disclose biometric information to our service providers in order for them to provide their services to us. Our service providers may train their artificial intelligence models with biometric information. While we do monetize biometric information on an aggregated basis, we will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your specific, identifiable biometric information.
- Allow Users to Share Output: We allow you to share your output with other users of the Services. If you choose to do so, other users may share your Output with third parties, including through API or other methods.
- Communicate With You: We use Personal Information to communicate with you and send you communications about technical issues, product updates, security alerts, marketing communications, support communications, and other messages.
- For Marketing Purposes: We use Personal Information that we collect or receive from third parties to market our services. This may include marketing on social media or third party websites, to invite you to our events, or keep you updated on product offerings.
- Investigate Misuse and Misconduct: We use Personal Information to investigate any misuse of our Service, criminal activity, unethical activity, activity that violates our policies, or other unauthorized access to our Services.
- For Legal Purposes: We use Personal Information to comply with contractual and legal obligations under applicable law and for other legal purposes such as to establish and defend against claims, including to enforce our rights under any agreement with you.
- For our Own Business Purposes: We may use Personal Information in connection with our own business operations, such as to audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements or our internal policies.
- With Your Consent: We may use Personal Information for other notified purposes with your consent or at your direction.

This includes creating or using aggregated or anonymized data to develop new services, or to facilitate research, and for analytics purposes to help assess the speed, accuracy, and/or security of our services.
4. Categories of Third Parties we Disclose Personal Information to
We share Personal Information with the following categories of third parties:
- Service Providers: We use third party service providers to deliver our Services, and we share Personal Information with these service providers to deliver our Services. We may share Personal Information with cloud and infrastructure service providers, support desk service providers, information security detection service providers, payment service providers, data analytics providers, fraud detection and prevention service providers, search engine service providers, or third party data sources. We also use service providers to support our business operations, including email service providers, chat service providers, marketing service providers, or analytics service providers.
- Clients: Where you use our Services for your employer, we will share your Personal Information with other users associated with your employer's account, including the administrative user.
- Professional Advisors and Consultants: We may use professional services and consultants to provide advice, develop software, provide data analysis and research, support our sales and marketing teams, or for other similar consulting services.
- Business Partners and Referral Partners: We may share Personal Information with our business partners, including integration partners, or event sponsors.
- Marketing, Social Media and Analytics Providers: We may share Personal Information that we collect using automatic tracking technologies with data analytics, marketing and social media providers. This includes information like IP address, demographic and other technical or usage information. These third parties may combine the Personal Information that we provide them with Personal Information they receive from other sources.
- Third Parties in Connection with a Change of Control: We may share Personal Information with an acquirer or major investor in connection with the sale of our business, or with a trustee or other third parties in connection with bankruptcy proceedings.

- With our Affiliated Entities: We may share Personal Information with our affiliated entities.

5. Automatic Tracking Technology
We use cookies, pixels and other automatic tracking technology on our Website and on the Platform. We use both session-based and persistent cookies.
Cookies are small text files sent by us to your computer and from your computer or mobile device to us each time you use our Services. They are unique to your account or your browser. Session-based cookies last only while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last until you or your browser delete them or until they expire.
Some cookies are associated with a user account. We use session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify a User Account while the User is logged in. This information allows us to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you've logged in and are required in order to use the Services.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain your Personal Information. We take technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps designed to protect Personal Information that you provide to us.
With respect to biometric information, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are designed to protect biometric information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
7. Retention
We will keep your Personal Information for as long as we determine that it is necessary for the identified purpose, or as required by law or as necessary for compliance purposes, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you.
With respect to biometric information, we will delete your account and biometric information associated with your account within one year of your request to delete or terminate your account. You understand that our artificial intelligence models are trained on the biometric information of all users of the Services, include your information, and that biometric information will remain encoded in our models until such models are trained using a dataset that does not include your information. We retrain our models on a regular basis.
8. Your Choices
We offer the following choices for updating your Personal information or opting out of other uses of your Personal Information:
- Users: If you are an authorized user of our Services, you can sign in to your account to update your contact information and payment method.
- Our Emails: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or email us at [email protected], and we will promptly remove you from all correspondence.
- Web Browser Settings: Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but, if you prefer, you can usually modify your browser setting to disable or reject cookies. If you delete your cookies or if you set your browser to decline cookies, some features of the Services may not be available, work, or work as designed. You may also be able to opt out of or block tracking by interacting directly with the other companies who conduct tracking through our Services.
- Google Analytics: You may manage the information that Google Analytics receives by downloading and installing the browser plugin available here.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may amend this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version of this Policy to the Website or within the Services, as applicable. Our use of Personal Information we collect is subject to the Policy in effect at the time such information is collected, used, or disclosed.
